Painting Demonstration: Johanne Mangi

Drop in during your visit to see artist Johanne Mangi in action as she paints a Fiona, the Bernese Mountain Dog, in our library! Fiona is the AKC's one millionth AKC Canine Good Citizen and spends her time as a grief therapy dog. Meet Fiona and watch as Mangi brings her to life through a painting portrait session.

Service animals are welcome in the museum. The museum entrance is wheelchair accessible via the building’s main plaza on the corner of Park Ave and E 40th Street. Accessible elevators are located on the first floor of the museum to the left of the admissions desk and gift shop. Public restrooms include accessible facilities.
