Dogs After the Job: Retired Police Canine Foundation

Tuesday, September 17 1pm — 3pm

After training interactive dog Molly and learning about Dogs on the Job during your visit, make your way to the library to meet Richard Geraci, Trustee of the Retired Police Canine Foundation (RPCF). Learn about the organization and its mission to raise awareness about the service dogs provide in homeland security , community police work, and border patrol – and to relieve the financial burden of those who adopt these dogs when they retire by assisting with vet bills, securing housing, and assisting with other expenses.

Drop in to learn more about dogs in the force and their life when they retire.

Plan a visit for your dog at the AKC CANINE RETREAT!

Out of courtesy to our neighbors, only service dogs and invited demonstration dogs are allowed in the museum.
