Dog Days of Winter

The AKC Museum of the Dog is excited to announce The Dog Days of Winter, 2024’s juried art competition and exhibition for Members of the Museum.

This February 2025, your art could hang on the walls of the Museum among great artists like Maude Earl, Edwin Megargee, and many more. Works depicting canines in all media, including painting, sculpture, and drawing, will be accepted.*

Submissions begin on November 15 and close on January 5!

*Submission is open to Members of the AKC Museum of the Dog. Members at the Virtual+ level can submit one work. Members at the Individual and Family/Dual levels can submit up to two works. Members at Blue Ribbon and above can submit up to four works. Library Members may submit up to four works from their constituency.
